Energy efficient brick houses with modern heating in the house
Newly build condominiums are offered for sale in the center of the town in Godollo with atrium architecture. Flats are availabe on the 1st floor, 2nd floor and the loft. In the basement car parking, storage rooms and other facilities are also offered for sale.
The external walls of the building were made out of Porotherm 38 cm thick brick. The internal walls are made out of special sound-insulating bricks. The loft is made out of concrete with 12 cm thick external heating insulation resulting in a pleasant climate in the loft both winter and summer. The building is also equipped with an elevator and a staircase. The elevator goes between the basement and the loft.
The advanced heating facilities are centrally located in the building and the quality is assured by the Buderus brand. The radiators in the house can be individually adjusted to optimize heating for each room. The hot water is supplied by the solar-cell heated water storage on top of the house. The consumtion of each flat is measured by individual meters. Air conditioning will be prepared in the building to be installed any time at a later phase. A funnel system guarantees clean air in the bathrooms and lavatories as well as the vapour removal from the kitchen. The windows will be plastic and wood with heating insulated glasses.

The purchase agreements can be started with the down payment of 30% of price out of which 10% counts as deposit.
The final completition date of the properties is 30 August, 2010.
